Carl Sandburg and Walt Whitman both created poems for their loved places: "Chicago" and "Mannahatta". However, the ways of describing their love are cloth and the polar opposite of each other. Therefore,
I used a do-si-do book to represent this difference and connect these two poems with a third poem "The Bridge" by Henry Wadsworth. Since both cities are near waterways. The text format of the poem is designed to resemble the flow of water.
